Medium bands is the balanced band which can be used for lighter exercises such as crab walksor hip abductions or as a progression from the light band for your squats and glute bridges. "Most Suitable for 12-15 repetitions"
3.Heavy bands
The heavy band is primarily used by stronger users who are looking for a tougherfeeling during their compound movements.If you are super strong，it can be usedthe same as the light band for minor muscle groups too. "Most Suitable for 6-12 repetitions"
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
